Learn and practice mindfulness meditation in a supportive and inclusive group, inspired by the teachings of Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition.

While inspired by the universal truth of the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, we are an inclusive group open to people of all faiths and traditions. We practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, breathing practices and deep relaxation. We also provide time for connecting and sharing together, to help foster community. Meditation is offered free of charge from the generosity of our hearts. However, in the Buddhist spirit of “dana”, please feel free to contribute as you are able to support the Dawning Light Sangha and the Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta.
