Join Vickie for a pilgrimage into Silence, as you discover Silence as a companioning presence within, guiding you in your life and spiritual journey. This is an opportunity for those who might be new to a "mostly silent" retreat, as well as those who want to deepen their experience.

In this gentle restorative class, the meditative principles of mindfulness are woven into both movement and still yoga postures, helping the practitioner connect to the healing power of the breath to find comfort and ease in their bodies, while quieting the busy mind.
Weather-permitting, we may take our mats outside to enjoy the beauty and sounds of nature.

Take time to commune with nature, as you relax and reflect, inspired by the beauty of nature in all her myriad forms. Listen deeply for “Love Letters from Mother Earth,” with gentle movement, meditation, breath, relaxation, and poetry.
