While inspired by the universal truth of the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, we are an inclusive group open to people of all faiths and traditions.  We practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, breathing practices and deep relaxation.  We also provide time at the end of our practice for connecting and sharing online together, to help foster community during this time when we can’t be together in person.  Classes are provided free of charge, but donations are always welcome to help support these teachings and practices.
