While inspired by the universal truth of the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, we are an inclusive group open to people of all faiths and traditions.  We practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, breathing practices and deep relaxation.  We also provide time at the end of our practice for connecting and sharing online together, to help foster community.  Meditation groups are provided at no charge, however in the Buddhist spirit of “dana”, please feel free to contribute as you are able to support Spirit in Motion Yoga’s vision of creating healing communities that can help heal our world.
