Learn and practice the art of mindfulness meditation in a supportive group.  We offer weekly practice groups.   Donations (Dana) are gratefully accepted for the teacher and to the Community of Christ Church for offering the space.

Tuesdays, 1-2:30pm,

While inspired by the universal truth of the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, we are an inclusive group open to people of all faiths and traditions.  We practice different forms of mindfulness meditation including traditional sitting meditation, walking meditation, and deep relaxation.
This is an open drop-in group.  All levels of practice are welcome.
