Breathe….Slow Down….. Relax……Find Joy
Learn mindful practices to relax your body and calm your mind. Connect to the deep well of peace and joy that arises when you take time to dip beneath the surface of your busy life. Close out the day with a joyful celebration of singing and chanting together in community. Take all these practices off the mat and back into your life.
9:30-10am: Opening Circle
10 – 11am: Body Sensing Yoga with Val
11am-12: Meditation On and Off the Mat
12 to 1pm: Eating with Gratitude (please bring lunch)
1 to 2pm Sacred Circle Dance with Alane
2 to 3pm Yoga Nidra: Dare to Rest, with Vickie
3 to 4pm Sing, Chant, Celebrate Community:
Off the Mat, Into the World
