Learn mindful practices to relax your body and calm your mind: gentle yoga and breath work, meditation and relaxation (yoga nidra) to soothe your nervous system. Connect to the deep well of peace and joy that arises when you take time to dip beneath the surface of your busy life. Close out the day with a joyful celebration of singing and chanting together in community.
