Core Elements Yoga will be hosting Vickie MacArthur from Spirit in Motion at our acreage location for a 2hr workshop introducing you to the key concepts of Yoga Nidra. Guiding you through gentle yoga stretches and a full 30 minute Yoga Nidra practice.
There will then be a series of 4x90min Yoga Nidra classes to follow, continuing to deepen both your knowledge and practice of Yoga Nidra. These will also be held in the acreage space.
