Join Vickie for a pilgrimage into Silence, as you discover Silence as a companioning presence within, guiding you in your life and spiritual journey. This is an opportunity for those who might be new to a “mostly silent” retreat, as well as those who want to deepen their experience.

In this longer initial session, we explore your specific needs and concerns, and begin to create practices to support you as you integrate yoga, breathwork, meditation and lifestyle changes into your life.

Regular on-going sessions allow us to adapt, add on, and progress your practice according to your needs and intentions.
