At its essence, yoga is a practice of falling in love, returning to Oneness, and remembering the Love we already are.
We breathe. We stretch. We connect to our body to heal and grow.
We slow down. We listen. We observe our thoughts. We honour our feelings.
We breathe, we soften, we open our hearts.
Like a lotus growing out of the mud of our life, we stretch together towards the Light.

Where? Lethbridge River Bottom
"If we understand our deep connection and relationship with the Earth, we will have enough love, strength, and awakening so that we both can thrive."
---Thich Nhat Hanh
Join our Dawning Light meditation group as we spend a morning of mindful attention together in the beautiful surroundings of our Lethbridge river bottom.
We know that spending time outside in nature is healing to our bodies, our minds, our souls. We will explore meditation practices to help ground and resource us for difficult times: gentle yoga, sitting and walking meditation, and forest bathing, and river wading!
All are welcome.
