This energizing class begins with breath awareness then creatively weaves together traditional yoga postures into a seamless flow of breath and movement for a meditative flow that eventually guides you into the stillness of savasana and deep relaxation. Designed for students who have some previous yoga experience, this class is a blend of both strength and grace, developing flexibility in your body, strength in your core, and a calm and steady mind. Postures can be modified for different levels of fitness.
