This fall at Spirit in Motion, Ashley will be offering open-studio time on Wednesdays from 4:00-6:00pm, Sept 20 to Dec 6. This will be a Mysore-style practice, ideal for students interested in developing their personal yoga practice in a quiet space, or students who like to schedule a yoga practice on their way home from work. This will not be a guided class. You will have the opportunity to listen to your body and become your own teacher. However, books and articles will be available for your reference and Ashley will be available to answer questions. We will maintain a silent space for this 2-hour period, supporting the practice of pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses.)
