Free Yoga Classes to Benefit Pakistan

Wed, Sept 8th, 7-8:30pm:  Gentle Yoga Flow

Friday, Sept 10th, 9-10:30am:  Gentle Restorative Yoga

Admission is by donation to World Accord (www.worldaccord.org)  and the Canadian government is now matching donations.  You can either donate online and print out a receipt to bring to class, or wait and donate at the class.  Tax deductable receipts will be sent directly by World Accord.  Remember, your donations are desperately needed and appreciated, even if you cannot make it to class.
